This is my favorite Chinese takeout spot. It's nothing to look at but it's clean and the food is great. I love the chicken and broccoli. The chicken tastes like chicken, the sauce isn't heavy and lumpy, it's perfect. I have been coming here for years and they never disappoint.

I grew up two blocks away from Rose Flower. I've been coming here my entire life. Best Chinese Food to date! You can get anything off the menu and it is sure to satisfy your tastebuds. The best dish in my opinion is a toss up between the beef and broccoli with white rice or chicken wings or shrimp in garlic sauce but again everything is good. Yes the lady at the front desk is rude and has yelled at me numerous times when I was trying to order takeout but I don't care. She's always a little grumpy, sometimes if your lucky you get the guy who is always very customer friendly. I still keep ordering from this place and always will when I'm in NYC.
